We are pleased to be able to provide a Construction Update at The Grange, Waurn Ponds.
The contractor has been progressing well through challenging weather conditions. The current status of works are:
- Final levelling & dressing of lots is completed.
- Lot fencing along the reserves is 90% complete.
- All footpaths & curb are complete, and the road is now being prepared for asphalt & construction of the Barmah Crescent round-about.
- We are working through the final authority testing & approvals to enable us to proceed to titles once the above works are complete.
- Titles are expected September 2023, subject to authority approvals.
