We are delighted to announce that construction works are now complete at The Grange.
The next step is to get sign-off from each authority (power, water, gas, etc) on what has been constructed. The sign-off is called a Statement of Compliance, and is issued by Council and is required prior to lodging with the Titles Office.
Statement of Compliance is forecast for Late October at which point the Plan of Subdivision will be lodged at the Titles Office for registration. Current forecast for Titles is Late October – Early November 2023, dependent on Titles Office processing times.
It is recommended you ensure you have finance approval in place by contacting your lender and your conveyancer to ensure everything is ready to proceed to settlement. Purchasers are welcome to settle earlier once the titles are issued – please ask your conveyancer to request this.
