We are pleased to be able to provide a Construction Update at The Grange, Waurn Ponds.
Since commencing construction in November 2022, the contractor has been progressing well through challenging weather conditions.
The current status of works are:
- The entrance boulevard & Banrock Court are taking shape, with curb install underway.
- Concrete sleeper retaining walls are almost completed
- Feature stone retaining walls will commence construction shortly.
- Hams Road widening works will be completed by the start of June.
Several purchaser groups were fortunate to take a walk down Banrock Court to catch a glimpse of the outlook from their purchased lot.
Anticipated Settlement Date for all releases is still on track for Q3 2023.
